another person. |

| Falsely activating a fire alarm or other
disaster alarm, making bomb threats or other terrorist
threats. |

arrest. Parent/Guardian will be contacted and they will
have to pay the fine imposed on the school. Student
will be placed on indefinite suspension and probation.
Disciplinary Committee Hearing will be held. If the
Committee decides to allow the student to return to
school, they will not be allowed to until the fine is

damage to property belonging to school, staff, or other
students. This includes writing graffiti. |

arrest. Parent/Guardian will be contacted and they will
have to make restitution and/or the student will have
make repairs. Student will be placed on indefinite suspension
and probation. Disciplinary Committee Hearing will be
held. If the Committee decides to allow the student
to return to school, they will not be allowed to until
restitution has been made by the parent/guardian. |
