Friends of Liberty Academy Charter School

Background: It is recognized that there are many individuals in the community who are interested in assisting LACS but who do not have the time necessary to be an active member of the school’s Board of Trustee. There are also many individuals who are interested in supporting the school’s mission but who feel they do not know enough about the school to commit to becoming a Trustee. It is with these two situations in mind that LACS has created the Friends of Liberty Academy Charter School.

The Chairman of The Board of Trustees will appoint individuals to be a member of the Friends for an initial 1 year term followed by an appointment for a three year term based on the individual’s participation and interest.
